The Fibreblow® Essential Feeder Lift big bale conditioner is designed for processing delivery containers which, depending on the manufacturer, consist of compressed insulation blocks or stacked insulation bales. It is ideal for stationary use in factories and, with its blowing machine and blowing plate, ensures highly efficient filling of wall and ceiling elements. The large bale mill can be loaded with bales using a pallet truck, forklift or conveyor belt. The bales are transported to the milling machine via the lifting table and broken down layer by layer. The loosened material is fed to the blowing machine via an ejector and further processed there. Logical control and numerous sensors ensure virtually uninterrupted material flow.

The Fibreblow® Premium Feeder Lift with integrated blowing module is the perfect large bale shredder for automated and fast processing of loose insulation materials. It ensures particularly gentle fine disintegration of the fibres to be blown in. Wood fibre, cellulose and glass wool can be fed into the Premium Plate at high speed and blown into the frame elements. Weighing cells and suitable measuring electronics enable continuous monitoring of the blowing quality and, if necessary, rapid adjustment of the machine settings.
