Intended purpose

X-Floc Insulation Technology Machines in Renningen sells durable products in a sustainable market. We also consider the relationship with our customers and suppliers to be a long-term partnership.
Although we deliver and perform exclusively to commercial customers, personal data is also collected in the course of this business relationship. We take the protection of this data very seriously. Our handling of this data is, of course, in accordance with the applicable regulations and is described in this data protection declaration.
As a matter of principle, we use personal data exclusively within the framework of this partnership. The purpose of collecting, processing and using personal data at X-Floc is to initiate and fulfil contracts and to provide customer service. A passing on takes place exclusively at the express request and after explanation of the person concerned - for example in the context of a financing or with the switching of specialized enterprises -.

We use cookies during your visit, insofar as they are necessary to ensure the basic function of the website, and beyond the visit exclusively for statistical purposes. If you send us a message via contact, the occasion and free text as well as your company name, name and e-mail address will be transmitted and stored for the purpose of answering them. If you have a concrete, product- and price-specific enquiry or need advice, the company address and telephone number must also be provided. We do not pass on this data - not even if you have chosen "Search for a specialist company", but use it exclusively for information and consulting purposes.

Newsletter

Registered interested parties receive the newsletter to keep up to date with our products and services, existing customers also receive added value in the form of technical advice. Data beyond the e-mail address is only collected for plausibility checks: Since X-Floc insulation machines are sold exclusively to companies, subscribers can only be accepted by collecting and verifying company data. Interested parties can subscribe to our newsletter by providing the following personal data:

With your registration, you give us your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO that we may use your personal data for the purpose of sending the desired newsletter. Customer/dealer area My X-Floc

In the My X-Floc customer/dealer area, customers and authorized contractual partners will find a wealth of helpful information on the blowing process, as well as operating instructions for our products, current price lists and materials. Access to this information is granted via the customer number and postcode provided to the customer only. Contractual partners receive their access data separately.

Webshop/Showroom/Inquiry platform

In the webshop/showroom/inquiry platform, interested parties and existing customers can create a shopping basket according to their needs, which serves as the basis for creating offers. To make it easier to allocate prospective and existing customers to the shopping baskets you have created, you need to register by entering their name, e-mail address, birthday and company name and address, even if you are "ordering" here without obligation. Since the distribution in certain countries is reserved by distribution partners of X-Floc insulation machines, and we cooperate with distribution partners in countries of the European Union as well as third countries, the company headquarters serves the assignment to these; in this case, the distribution to our distribution partners is only carried out after consent. Social media platforms primarily use personal data for market research and advertising purposes. Data processing for contract processing

If your contact via a social network or other platform is aimed at the conclusion of a contract for the delivery of goods or the provision of services with us, we process your data to fulfil the contract or to implement pre-contractual measures. The legal basis for the processing of your data in this case is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Your data will be deleted if they are no longer required for the execution of the contract or if it is established that the pre-contractual measures do not lead to the conclusion of a contract corresponding to the purpose of establishing contact, without prejudice to the fact that it may also be necessary after conclusion of the contract to store personal data of our contractual partners in order to meet contractual or legal obligations.

Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of personal data of our interested parties, customers and suppliers is, unless otherwise defined, Art. 6 DSGVO, according to which the processing is permissible for the fulfilment of a contract and also for the implementation of pre-contractual steps vis-à-vis the person concerned. Furthermore, the legal basis for the handling of personal data of employees is in particular § 26 BDSG and Art. 88 DSGVO.

Duration

We delete personal data when the purpose of the collection has ceased.
Excluded from this are statutory storage obligations imposed on us which prevent deletion. We do not delete data required for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims pursuant to Art. 17 Para. 3 Letter e) DSGVO.

Information, correction, restriction and deletion rights

You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time, to restrict its use as described herein, as well as the right to correct and delete such data, provided that no legal storage obligations prohibit us from doing so.
