Every year, the entire timber construction industry gathers at the IHF Innsbruck to discuss current developments, technical innovations, and future trends. We were there as exhibitors this year and were able to present the latest developments in blow-in technology in many exciting discussions.

On October 9, we had the opportunity to present ourselves at Interkom in the Rankbachhalle in Renningen. The intermunicipal training exchange takes place annually, alternating with Leonberg, and offers school students and interested parties from across the district the opportunity to get to know over 60 companies from the region. They were able to obtain comprehensive information about apprenticeships, internships, and degree programs.

Our booth was very well attended throughout the event, and we were able to give numerous young people a little insight into the world of insulation technology.

Guided tours of the company and production halls gave interested visitors the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at X-Floc. A particular highlight was the presentation of the Fibreblow blow-in technology, which was developed specifically for the growing field of industrial prefabricated house construction.

With delicious food, music, and many conversations lasting into the late evening hours, the thoroughly successful event came to a pleasant end.

In Hall 4, we presented a selection of our blowing machines and matching accessories. In the spotlight: the X-Floc blowing platform, equipped with an EM430, suction device, and plenty of storage space. Numerous interested visitors, exciting discussions, and new contacts made the trade fair appearance in Neumünster a complete success.

At the end of July, we opened our doors and invited family and friends to take a look behind the scenes at X-Floc.

Our loved ones had the opportunity to view the halls, offices, and workshops and get an overview of the different departments. A demonstration of blow-in insulation in the laboratory was also a must.

There was plenty of entertainment for young and old in the yard: from cornhole games and craft activities to a bouncy castle, there was something for everyone. Delicious food and drinks rounded off the event – even the gloomy weather couldn't dampen the mood.

On April 1, 2025, X-Floc acquired Gutex's Fibreblow technology for industrial plant technology. The system developed by Gutex for blow-in technology, especially for prefabrication, processes loose insulation materials, particularly wood fiber, efficiently and with high precision. In the future, we will expand this technology and make it available to customers on the market, independent of insulation manufacturers and materials.

For Gutex customers, this means a seamless transition: X-Floc will take over the entire machine inventory, spare parts, development, and all services such as maintenance, repairs, and spare parts supply.

Our existing products for factory filling, including the EP800 plate with the GBF1050 large bale cutter, will remain in place and will be positioned as a basic line alongside Fibreblow technology in the future.
