Cavity Wall insulation in existing buildings

In core insulation, the thermal insulation material (glass wool, rock wool, EPS granules or mineral granules) is inserted into a cavity wall through a narrow blow-in opening. The Minifant M99, for example, is particularly well suited for this blow-in method, but most X-Floc blowing machines are suitable for this process.

Welcome to X-Floc

We have been making an important contribution to climate protection for over 28 years. We are a steadily growing mechanical engineering company in the field of insulation technology and a pioneer in blow-in technology. We have developed many innovations and design standards in the pneumatic conveying of insulation materials. Many of these have become established as state of the art. Trend-setting products, efficient service and, last but not least, the great commitment of our employees have made us a leading market player in Europe. Our tasks range from development and production to the sale of blow-in mobiles, machines and systems, blow-in equipment and stationary filling technology. From our company headquarters in Renningen near Stuttgart, we supply X-Floc insulation technology machines and accessories for blowing in loose insulation materials to over fifty countries worldwide.
