Emergency Switch Fault
❗Possible Cause: The emergency switch is pressed.
✅Solution: Turn and pull the emergency switch in the indicated direction from the arrow to confirm the emergency stop.
Phase Control Light
❗Possible Cause: The phase sequence is incorrect.
✅Solution: Turn the phase sequence around using the phase inverter switch
or
❗Possible Cause: The power supply is faulty.
✅Solution: Check the power supply and if necessary, call a qualified member of staff.
Air Supply Fault
❗Possible Cause: The power supply is faulty.
✅Solution: Check the power supply; consult qualified personnel if necessary.
❗Possible Cause: The supply air unit is overheating.
✅Solution: Allow the machine/drive to cool down. Take measures to protect the machine from direct sunlight or excessively high ambient temperatures.
❗Possible Cause: The cooling air intake is obstructed.
✅Solution: Check the air filter and clean it if necessary. Ensure there is sufficient clearance between the exhaust port and adjacent components.
❗Possible Cause: The belt tension in the supply air unit is outside the tolerance range.
✅Solution: Check the belt tension and adjust if necessary; see the operating instructions.
Machine variants with 3x230V power supply
❗Possible Cause: Incorrect setting of the blower selector switch (S10).
✅Solution: Select the blower selector switch according to the number of fans/connections in use.
or
❗Possible Cause: The power supply is faulty.
✅Solution: Check the power supply; consult qualified personnel if necessary.
Rotary Airlock Fault
❗Possible Cause: Low ambient temperatures make operating the machine difficult.
✅Solution: Let the machine warm up empty for approx. 10 minutes and if necessary, lubricate the gaskets in the rotary airlock with silicone spray.
or
❗Possible Cause: Foreign objects or pressed insulation material interfere with the rotary airlock.
✅Solution: Check the rotary airlock and clean them if necessary.
Shredding Shaft Fault
❗Possible Cause: Foreign objects and insulation material disrupt the shredding shafts.
✅Solution: Check the shredding shafts and if necessary, get rid of any foreign objects or insulation material.
Electric Airlock Feed Gate Fault
❗Possible Cause: The airlock feed gate is stiff.
✅Solution: Clean the airlock feed gate’s guide rails.
or
❗Possible Cause: The airlock feed gate is blocked.
✅Solution: Attach the crank tool onto the machine’s attachment and free the airlock feed gate of the blockage by turning the crank tool.
