EM400 functional principle

The EM400 series stands out with its versatility regarding the processing materials. This machine can process nearly all licensed insulation blowing materials such as, cellulose, wood fibre, mineral wool, granules, bulk material or composite materials.
Depending on the type of work, the machine can be provided with light or three-phase current.

The EM400 has a large conditioning unit with two active layers. In the first layer, the four crusher shafts facilitate reliable and steady shredding – even for high compressed raw material.
The fine preparation is done in the second conditioning layer using the fast rotating shredder unit. The material is then transported to the air lock before thereupon being blown out.

The air lock made from stainless steel includes Ventilation and indeed distinguishes itself  from the rest  by having an excellent seal which guarantees a low loss of pressure whilst maintaining a high processing Speed.

The extremely high air power is generated by a multi-level turbine or radial compressors (depending on the machine type) and/or a combination of both.

In the EM440-400V-230V/10,5kW two additional high-powered radial compressors are applied which are supplied by an additional 230V line. Our alternative is a EM440 with three 230V connections. Here are five high-powered radial compressors in use. This machine is in the same range like EM440-400V-230V/10,5kW.

All important machine settings can be adjusted from the injection point using the cable or the remote control.

  • EM430-400V/9,5kW: Multi-level turbine
  • EM440-3×230V/10,5kW: 5 high-powered radial compressors
  • EM440-400V-230V/10,5kW: Multi-level turbine and 2 high-powered radial compressors
