Hoses and connectors
Hoses and connections are essential components of the blow-in equipment. At X-Floc, as an all-round supplier for blow-in technology, you will find both transport hoses for trouble-free insulation transport and blow-in hoses in lengths and diameters to suit your needs. The matching hose connectors and clamps ensure optimum hold. With these, as well as with the help of couplings and material diverters, all conceivable transport lines and couplings can be produced. Hose reels optimise the work process and storage. Matching hose and connection sets for every injection method and requirements linked to the respective construction project round off the product range.

Conveyor Hoses and Injection Hoses
The blow-in pro distinguishes between injection and conveyor hoses. Injection hoses are available in two classes of rigidity: Red injection hoses are slightly stiffer than blue ones. Both are more than capable for inserting stud cavities. Their flexural properties facilitate a high quality channel in the cavity and they can be moved over barriers thereby.
The more flexible the blue injection hose is, the easier it is to handle during cold temperatures. The smaller bending radius facilitates the insertion of elements with little insulation thicknesses. The chequered design on the inside of the hose loosens the insulation material up more. This increases the productivity of the insulation material.
Conveyor hoses are napless on the inside and relatively soft. They are generally used to bridge distances between the machine and injection hose. In some cases, they can also be used for injection blowing. The conveyor hose is also available with a stranded copper wire which can also be grounded against electrostatic charge.
High-strength conveyor hoses have a thick wall and a spiral shielding made from steel. The wear is considerably more moderate with abrasive materials in comparison to the conventional injection or conveyor hoses.

Fibre Switches and Fibre Switch Cascades
Fibre switches enable serial work with multiple-prepared injection lines. Fast switches between injection blowing and aspiration mode with an insulation blowing machine or an amplifier/vacuum station with suction drum are effortless using a revolver or a pneumatic fibre switch.
You can work even more rationally with a pneumatic fibre switch. Big wide elements are no longer an obstacle. Serial filling of many similiar elements is also much more time saving.
A fibre switch can be pre-installed in your transport vehicles or X-Floc insulation blowing mobile. Switches are executed smoothly and comfortably using only a single hand movement.
Special set-ups can be installed – for example: Fast aspiration of blockages in the conveyor line.
Furthermore, multiple fibre switches can be combined. Such systems are advantageous for big projects or for stationary element filling.
Flexible and space-saving, the powder-coated steel frame and ball bearing-supported reel are ideal for winding up and unwinding your hoses.
- Reduced setup times
- Quick and tidy storage
- Large storage capacity
- Reel-lock function
- Suitable for mobile use, or alternatively can be fixed to the floor or wall-mounted.
D1000 plus hose reel (2.5 MB)
Every blowing injection method has its own set of requirements with regard to hose lines. Also, insulation blowing machines have different airlock outlet diameters. When you use an amplifier/vacuum station, you need some short hose pieces, a y-piece and if necessary, a control cable.
For these reasons, we offer hose sets for every machine type and blowing injection method.
