Fibreblow® Premium Feeder Drop

Whether it’s several small bales or as many as three large bales: the Fibreblow® Premium Feeder Drop is a first-class material discharger with an integrated blow-in module for the optimal preparation and processing of loose insulation materials. The integrated weighing system enables continuous monitoring of the blow-in quality and, if necessary, rapid adjustment of the machine settings. Both Premium Feeders are designed for high availability and continuous operation. They allow for quick and easy loading and cleaning. The Feeder Drop is particularly characterised by its ability to vary the filling volume (standard: 6m³) to suit specific requirements – either via an optional metal frame attachment or through integration into customised material feed solutions

Fibreblow® Premium Feeder Lift

The Fibreblow® Premium Feeder Lift is the perfect solution for feeding large or small bales of insulation material, stacked on a pallet, into the blow-in panel. Up to approximately 2.5 m³ of material on a pallet can be easily loaded into the machine using a forklift truck; the material is then transported upwards fully automatically via a lifting table. At the top, the material is sheared off and falls loosely into the machine’s hopper. Thanks to the geometry of the conveyor and the horizontal shaft that transports the material into the rotary valve, we achieve gentle first-in, first-out material conveyance. The integrated high-performance blowing module ensures that the correct quantity of insulation material is conveyed to the blowing plate.
