In the standard version, the Fibreblow® Essential Plate is available in lengths of 3m to 4m and is fitted with 5 to 7 blow-in nozzles. Depending on the insulation material used and the desired blow-in density, a material throughput of up to 1 t per hour is possible. All components in a factory-based filling system are controlled via the blow-in plate using an industrial control system ‘Made in Germany’ and the corresponding software. The user can adjust all settings via a menu-driven touch screen. The blow-in process can be started immediately after the blow-in plate has been positioned on the element – which is unclad on one side – once its dimensions (length, width, height) have been entered and the insulation material specified.
