Fibreblow®[nbsp]Essential Plate

InIn the standard version, the Fibreblow® Essential Plate[nbsp]is available in lengths of 3m to 4m and is fitted with 5 to 7 blow-in nozzles. Depending on the insulation material used and the desired blow-in density, a material throughput of up to 1 t per hour is possible. All components in a factory-based filling system are controlled via the blow-in plate using an industrial control system ‘Made in Germany’ and the corresponding software. The user can adjust all settings via a menu-driven touch screen. The blow-in process can be started immediately after the blow-in plate has been positioned on the element – which is unclad on one side – once its dimensions (length, width, height) have been entered and the insulation material specified.

Fibreblow®[nbsp]Essential[nbsp]Feeder Lift

The[nbsp]Fibreblow® Essential Feeder Lift[nbsp]large-bale feeder is designed to process delivery packages which, depending on the manufacturer, consist of compressed blocks of insulation material or stacked bales of insulation. It is ideally suited for stationary use on site and, with its blowing machine and blowing plate, ensures highly efficient filling of wall and ceiling elements. The large-bale shredder can be loaded with bales using a pallet truck, forklift or conveyor belt. The bales are transported to the milling unit via the lifting table and broken up layer by layer using this unit. The loosened material is fed via an outlet on the blowing machine, where it is further processed. The logical control system and numerous sensors ensure that material is conveyed almost continuously.

Insulation blow-in machine EM4xx-WB

The consistently high output, ranging from over 1.5 tonnes (EM430) to 3 tonnes (EM480 32A) of material throughput per hour – made possible by a high-performance air-generation turbine – makes these blow-in machines the first choice for factory filling. Furthermore, they are capable of running 24/7 whilst remaining extremely durable. This is ensured by the contactless drive, which utilises a virtually wear-free, brushless motor, as well as other high-quality components. In the WB product variant, the machine is connected to the blow-in plate for integrated operation within a factory filling line, with the control system managing all machine settings relevant to the blow-in process. Manual intervention is no longer necessary.
