Terms & conditions

Your old machine must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a bonus: 

• Manufactured in 2014 or earlier
• An blow-in machine from X-Flox or a third-party manufacturer
• A fully functional unit
• Accessories (e.g., hoses) are not accepted

The program applies exclusively to EU member states, Switzerland, and Norway. 
Free pickup by X-Floc within Germany. 
Outside Germany, the individual terms and conditions of X-Floc’s regional partners apply.
