Ventilation holes
The ventilation holes and attached dust bag guarantee excellent air evacuation and minimal-dust operation.
Sash lock and adjustable flange
The sash lock mechanism and adjustable flange with rubber gasket provide a solid seal for the blow-in hole and allow for easy “hands free” operation.

The S-Jet is the next logical step in the development of rotary nozzle technology. With this product you can – using only one tool – blow-in very deep compartments, with constant density, to the compartment opening. The hose is inserted down to the bottom of the compartment and pulled out slowly during the filling procedure. The stopping ring stops the hose from falling out of the nozzle. To blow above the blow-in hole the nozzle uses the principles of our proven rotary nozzle technology.

Additional advantages and equipment:

  • Completely ventilated during filling and finishing
  • Hose grommet minimises material loss
  • Panelling thickness up to 80 mm
  • For insulation layers from 160 mm thickness
  • Recommended blow-in hole diameter:
    106 mm
  • Includes blow-in hose NW 63 (2 ½”)

    Ventilated rotary nozzles

    Ventilated rotary nozzle J-Jet 75>60

The new ventilated rotary nozzle, J-Jet 75>60, can not only be clamped quickly on the wall of the insulation area, but also has the flexibility of being set-up for wall sections with a thickness of up to 75 mm. This is especially useful, for example, when constructing cavity enclosures from soft lumber fibre plates. The nozzle is designed for optimum clamping and operation from an insulation thickness of 145 mm. The DN 60 nozzle pipe ensures highest levels of material throughput. Of course, the J-Jet 75>60 shares the same tried-and-tested rotary nozzle technology of X-Floc and has many more advantages to offer.

    Advantages:

    Time saving and efficient blowing

Highest material throughput (DN60 nozzle pipe)

Length adjuster and fixable clamping flange

For thin and extra thick planking material such as wood fiber panels etc. (0 ... 75 mm)

Power-saving operation in comparison to hose blowing

    Quick change between blowing holes

Low dust emissions, better acceptance by the insulation expert

Reduces the risk of deformation or damage the planking

It is possible to refill big contiguous cavities
