Blow-in lances are suitable for the following applications:
Horizontally stacked wall and roof sections
Stacked airtight elements with fragile cladding
The loose insulation material is blown through the inner tube into the cavity. The excess air in the annular gap between the inner and outer tube can escape either to the dust bag (i.e. “passive”) or be evacuated using our suction amplifier machine (“active”). Overpressure can be avoided therefore reducing the risk of
damage arising from bulges developing in the cladding.
Lance length determination
Effective length = length of insulation compartment ± 100 mm
Total length = effective length (lance fixed) + 450 mm
Lances available up to 5500 mm
