X-Floc’s pneumatic Fibre Switch allows the ­seamless switching between two transport hoses for conveying loose insulation, free-flowing bulk and other approved insulation materials.

With the pneumatic Fibre Switch, an insulation expert can pre-define the hose placement for the economic blowing of several filling sites using only one insulation blow-in machine. The pneumatic Fibre Switch allows the user to switch seamlessly between blowing/evacuation, meaning near-instant pressure-equalization of the blow-in system.

There are individual solutions available to control the switch: The Fibre Switch can be controlled effortlessly using a wireless remote control, or also be connected directly by master-slave to the blow-in machine for synchronised operation. Further, it is possible to operate the switch using a programmable-logic-controller (PLC).

Whether for the insulation of stationary elements on-site, or for the large-scale mobile building site application, the pneumatic Fiber Switch gives the insulation expert the flexibility he needs.
