Spraying equipment

Overview

The success of the spraying process is strongly dependent on the pumps and sprayheads used. Intensive research on our products and practical experience collected over many years, give you all the security you need when using this equipment.

Battery wall scrubber

The fast way to get smooth insulation surfaces
With the battery wall scrubber it is so easy to plan protruding cellulose insulation, which was applied to the framework during the spraying process. Due to its ultra-light weight, the brush is easy to use especially at areas which can hardly be reached.

Qualities:
- Cordless angle drill (1/min 9,6V /2,6A, speed 0-800 RPM)
- Charging time about 30 - 45 min
- Brush roller with extension
  (B 400 mm, W 320 mm, D 50 mm)
- Case for cordless angle drill
- Quick charger (Charging time approximately (45 - 60 min)
- 2 batteries (9.6V /2.6A)
- technical documentation for cordless angle drill,
- exciting drill chuck key
- manual for X-Floc battery wall srubber
- brush breadth: 690mm
- brush length: 610mm
- brush weight: approx. 7,5 kg
- drive (electric drive): 220 VAC 100 Watt
- coal brush engine

Sprayheads and terminators

When it comes to the spraying process, one should distinguish between two very important procedures:

- Coating of wall and ceiling elements with water or a glue additive
- Open inflation with water additive.

Small sprayheads with two nozzles are best suited for coating walls or ceilings. The use of glue is optional and in most cases only water is used as liquid additive.

Terminators and other sprayheads with 4 nozzles may also be used for coating of walls after careful adjustment. But, it is more common for these tools to be used for open inflation with water additive. Spray pipes and terminators offer several advantages:

- Improved aiming when applying insulation material a few metres away
- Lesser dust-creation thanks to the water additive
- Binding of the insulation material because of the introduction of liquid.

The following sprayheads are often used:

- 2-stream sprayhead NW50 M03
- Spray pipe / terminator NW63 / 2 1/2'' with 4 nozzles
- Spray pipe / terminator NW75 / 3'' with 4 nozzles.

Pumps

To add liquid to the material stream special pumps are utilised. In particular two types of pumps come into play:

- Piston pumps
- Diaphragm pumps

The piston pumps need a supply of fresh water. That removes the need to refill a water container, but glue mixtures cannot be processed with it. The pressure you want to work with can be adjusted very accurately with a thumb wheel and manometer.

With the diaphragm pump water can be sucked from a container. It is also possible to process self-mixed glue mixtures with it. The pressure you want to work with can be set and read from the manometer.

Wall Scrubber M05

The fast way to smooth out insulation surfaces.
After damp-spraying frame works and cavity compartments, the X-Floc M05 brush allows for the quick and easy removal and smoothing of excess insulation layers. Thorough removal of excess insulation is necessary for the precise closure of compartments.

Due to the ultra-light weight, the Wall Scrubber M05 is an easy to use and energy-saving machine. For larger compartments, the 690 mm rollers of the M05 B can be upgraded with our extension set to a maximum length of 990 mm.

Alternatively, the other version of this machine, the M05 B = 1000, is available with a brush width of 1000 mm. Due to intensive use, the rubber friction pads of the rollers can become worn; however, they can be renewed easily.

Whether new buildings or renovations, the Wall Scrubber M05 is the best tool to remove and smoothen protruding sprayed insulation layers.
