With the EM400/440, X-Floc presents a high-performance blow-in machine, available in two versions at 7.5 and 10.5 kW. In addition to open blowing on, condensed blowing in and moist spraying, the machine is also suitable for many other application areas and materials. Both in mobile construction site and stationary plant use, the EM400/440 convinces with its diverse and efficient usage options. It is characterised not only by user-friendly operation, but also offers a number of technical features that will lead to best work results every single day.

The Turbofant M03 is the most efficient machine in the X-Floc range of machines. Equipped with a 5,5 kW strong blower and an airlock with a volume of 32 l very high processing speeds can be attained with this machine. Naturally, the machine is equipped with the well-known X-Floc remote control for adjusting the material and air volume.

The Zellofant M95 is one of Germany's best-selling processing machines in this performance category. Since it's appearance on the market in 1995 it has been improved upon steadily and equipped with useful options for expansion.

It's outstanding features are the accurate controls, sturdy bodywork and excellent flexibility for transport thanks to an attachable transport rack with inflated wheels.

The Minifant is a fully-fledged compact machine. With a simple radio remote control and compact dimensions it offers a lot of flexibility on smaller projects. But, it's surprising power also makes it suitable for mid-sized insulation projects.

With a booster/extractor unit for a variety of applications. Serves to increase the power of blow-in machines, as a stand-alone extractor unit or as an extractor unit used in combination with X-Floc machines. Could also be combined with machines of other manufacturers. (Ask about types). Ideal in combination with X-Floc machines and their control units.

Master/slave control mechanism enables the control of the booster/extractor unit (slave) from the blow-in machine (master).

The Häckselwerk M95 is an auxiliary chaff machine for the Zellofant M95. It is compatible with all Zellofant machines in the range and can be assembled and disassembled very quickly.

The Häckselwerk distinguishes itself with its excellent loosening of insulation materials with long fibres, for example wood and mineral fibre. Furthermore, it is ideally suited to loosening highly compressed bundles of insulation material.

With X-Floc spraying turns into an uncomplicated task. A variety of pumps and a comprehensive selection of sprayheads and routing brushes help you select the right equipment for your application.

X-Floc offers a range of special solutions for industrial application. Most notably, insulation technology machines based on the EM400/440 were developed for application when building prefabricated houses. We combine with the BigBag evacuation equipment and feeding systems.
