Blowing machine EM400

With the EM400, X-Floc presents a high-performance blow-in machine, available in two versions at 7.5 and 10.5 kW. In addition to open blowing on, condensed blowing in and moist spraying, the machine is also suitable for many other application areas and materials. Both in mobile construction site and stationary plant use, the EM400 convinces with its diverse and efficient usage options. It is characterised not only by user-friendly operation, but also offers a number of technical features that will lead to best work results every single day.

Function blow-in machine EM400

Functional principle

The delivery bundle is deposited on the bag surface and slid through the curtain stripes into the storage container after opening. Four rotating shredding shafts break up the material into smaller pieces and take them to the lock inlet. The lock slider dosages material into the cutting mechanism and the rotary wheel lock. In the bottom-most lock chamber, the fibre material is taken towards the blowing-out socket by the air stream and then accelerated in the hose.

Technical details

Machine attachment

At a volume of approx. 1,000 l, the filling attachment offers a large storage volume that is sufficient for approx 5 to 6 bags of common goods. A deposit surface that can be folded open facilities depositing, opening and adding of bagged goods. The transparent strip curtain reduces escaping dust. Combined with active dedusting, e.g. by extraction and suction barrel, it acts as an additional seal. The resulting vacuum makes it possible for dust to be extracted from the machine attachment.

Loosening mechanism

Pressed fibre material is cut into increasingly small pieces by
specially shaped shredding shafts and transported to the lock inlet.

Cutting mechanism

Several quickly rotating shredding shafts loosen the material completely. The fibre material’s output is used to capacity this way.

Machine control

The practical remote control with logically aligned operating elements enables setting of all essential machine parameters right at the blow-in site. The manual operating part in the robust metal casing has proven its work in rough every-day construction-site use. LED displays always indicate the current machine state. If required, pressure control programmes can be activated.

Wireless remote control

Wireless control increases freedom of movement and reduces equipment times. If required, the wireless remote control can also be used with a wire.

Accessibility

The machine can be folded open slightly via gas springs. It offers quick and simple access to all assemblies. Service and maintenance can be performed in a time-saving manner.

Options

Radio remote control FFB2000

With the radio remote control FFB2000 the machine can be operated in either radio or cable mode. The operation is exactly the same for both modes. The following functions can be selected:

- ON / OFF
- Air performance in 10 stages
- Material volume in 10 stages
- Dynamic pressure control
- Dynamic material control
- Automatic shut-down

When the battery is completely charged, the machine can be operated for more than 20 hours. The extent to which the battery is charged, can be seen on the display. Alternatively, the same radio remote control can be connected to the machine with the cable and used in cable control mode.

Blowing-off unit

Excessive supply pressure can damage components or exceed indicated installation densities. The blowing-off unit limits the excess pressure of the supply air flow in fractions of a second depending on the current operating state.

Internal amplifier

For additional increase of performance and figure materials that require air output, the machine can be equipped with an internal amplifier. This way, the air generator can supply up to 60% more air.

Technical specification sheet, flyer & prospectus

With a booster/extractor unit for a variety of applications. Serves to increase the power of blow-in machines, as a stand-alone extractor unit or as an extractor unit used in combination with X-Floc machines. Could also be combined with machines of other manufacturers. (Ask about types). Ideal in combination with X-Floc machines and their control units.

Master/slave control mechanism enables the control of the booster/extractor unit (slave) from the blow-in machine (master).
