Overview

: Zellofant M95

The Zellofant M95 is the classic machine in the middle-performance range of machines. Flexibility combined with high processing performance and excellent control possibilities have made this blow-in machine very popular. In line with the performance, the machine is compact in dimensions and light in weight - important attributes for fast and hassle-free operation on the building site.

The maschine can be delivered in four versions:

- Zellofant M95-230V-3,6kW
- Zellofant M95-400V-4,2kW
- Zellofant M95-400V-4,7kW
- Zellofant M95-400V-6,7kW

The machine is suited to the processing of loose insulation materials approved by the building authorities up to a packing density of 145kg/cubic metre and a humidity 15% below the maximum values specified in the permit. Authorised in all member states of the European Union as well as Switzerland and the Efta countries.

Funktionsprinzip

Das Liefergebinde wird dem Trichteraufsatz entweder direkt oder über die Sackauflage (optional) der Maschine zugeführt.

Der aus dem Sack verdichtete Wärmedämmstoff wird durch einen rotierenden Zerkleinerungsarm in Verbindung mit Störelementen (Abweiseblech) in kleinere Stücke zerteilt. Ein Maschinengitter mit unterschiedlicher Maschenweite sorgt dafür, dass nur vorzerkleinerte Stücke in den zweiten Bereich des Auflockerungswerks gelangen. im unteren Bereich des Auflockerungswerks zermalt ein Rechenwerk den Dämmstoff in feinere Stücke und transportiert sie zur Schleusenöffnung hin.

Das Dämmmaterial das in die gerdade oben stehende Schleusenkammer gelangt wird durch die Drehbewegung des Schleusenrotors nach unten bewegt. In der untenstehenden Schleusenkammer befördert ein Luftstrom den Dämmstoff aus der Schleuse durch den Schleusenausblasstutzen in den Einblasschlauch und beschleunigt ihn dort.

Steuerung

Viele wichtige Einstellungen können über die Kabel- bzw. Funkfernsteuerung direkt vom Einblasort ausgewählt werden. Wechselnde Aufgaben können damit durch schnelle Anpassungen flexibel gelöst werden. Folgende Funktionen können angewählt werden:

- Luft und Material EIN (zeitverzögert)
- Material AUS (Toggle-Funktion, Nachverdichten, Schlauch leerblasen)
- Verstellung der Luftleistung in 10 Stufen
- Verstellung der Materialdosierung in 10 Stufen

Darüber hinaus stehen wertvolle Zusatzfunktionen zur Verfügung:

- Automatische Abschaltung
- Dynamische Drucksteuerung
- Dynamische Maerialsteuerung

Schleusenentlüftung

Die Schleusenentlüftung stellt in Verbindung mit der Verarbeitung von losen Dämmstoffen eine Neuheit dar. Durch einen Druckausgleich wird die Staubentwicklung verringert und der Materialdurchsatz erhöht. Der Druckausgleich findet zwischen der Schleusenkammer (siehe Abb.) und dem Maschinentrichter statt. Die sich in der nach oben drehenden Kammer befindliche, komprimierte Luft entspannt sich in den Maschinentrichter. Die dann drucklose Kammer verhindert Aufwirbelungen und beschleunigt das durch die Schwerkraft angetriebene Auffüllen der Schleusenkammer.

Stainless steel airlock

The airlock has six airlock chambers and is manufactured entirely out of stainless steel. Apart from making it corrosion-free the stainless steel also guarantees a high carrying capacity and toughness. Even after many years a maintenance service will bring the airlock back to its optimal condition.

The intake nozzles have two tiers to optimise the air flow. At the outlet an airlock outlet with a nominal diameter of 75 mm (3��) ensures a vigourous feed rate.

Highly versatile

The transport rack with inflated wheels makes it easy to shunt the machine on uneven and soft surfaces. The transport cart is attachable and can therefore also be detached for placement in narrow spaces. By loading the machine cleverly, the machine can also be unloaded and positioned on low lying loading spaces by a single person.

Encapsulated machine body

The robust airlock entirely out of stainless steel fitted with packing rings and ball-bearings. A high-performance blower with curves which are specially suited to the application. Lifelong lubricated gearbox. Built to be compact with a maschine body which is water-protected.

Main panel box and operating control elements

The main panel box is protected against splashing water. The operating and control elements are clearly arranged on the faceplate. Robust connector systems guarantee secure operation on construction sites. Moist-keeping equipment, an amplifier box, or siphon unit may be attached to the auxiliary equipment control outlet and then controlled in a master-slave arrangement.

Electrical switchboard

The plain and clear design of the electrical switchboard ensures outstanding reliability and efficient maintenance possibilities. The use of standard electronic components and clear documentation (circuit diagram) ensure the hassle-free replacement of component parts.

Options

Radio remote control FFB2000

With the radio remote control FFB2000 the machine can be operated in either radio or cable mode. The operation is exactly the same for both modes. The following functions can be selected:

- ON / OFF
- Air performance in 10 stages
- Material volume in 10 stages
- Dynamic pressure control
- Dynamic material control
- Automatic shut-down

When the battery is completely charged, the machine can be operated for more than 20 hours. The extent to which the battery is charged, can be seen on the display. Alternatively, the same radio remote control can be connected to the machine with the cable and used in cable control mode.

Shredder

With the Häckselwerk higher-density fibre materials can be loosened better and loaded in the airlock better. The active principle is based on a passageway between two chaff spindles. From it a more even material flow is obtained and with that better blow-in results.

Hopper cover and cart support plate

The pivoting cart support plate covers the hopper machine in the locked position and serves as the cart support plate in the unlocked position. In this way the machine add-on stays compact, practical and easy to put into operation.

Airlock aperture

To achieve very small and even-flowing (without pulsation) material streams, it may be necessary to decrease the diameter of the airlock entrance. For that purpose aperture sheet metal, fitted directly over the airlock diameter, may be used. The aperture sheet metal runs in a track and can be adjusted with ease.

Booster / extractor station

With a booster/extractor unit for a variety of applications. Serves to increase the power of blow-in machines, as a stand-alone extractor unit or as an extractor unit used in combination with X-Floc machines. Could also be combined with machines of other manufacturers. (Ask about types). Ideal in combination with X-Floc machines and their control units.

Master/slave control mechanism enables the control of the booster/extractor unit (slave) from the blow-in machine (master).
