This machines was developed for the filling of tool forms with fibre material. With this part of the entire equipment any forms, such as the forms typically found in automotive engineering, can be processed with the blow-in precedure.

The machine has two material lines with blow-through cell-wheel airlocks. The air inflow comes from side-channel compressors and blow-out units keep the pressure at the optimal level.

A machine with two material lines was custom-built. The machine can process a variety of materials, including cellulose insulating material, wood fibre insulating material and mineral fibres. With a scalable electrical connection the machine can be used already with a connection to a three-phase current 400 V / 16 A.

The machine was assembled from two existing machines and fitted out with the following:

- Twin airlock-outlet machine of about 2 x 1300 kg/h or 1 x 5000 kg/h
- Blow-performance per line: about 8,5 kW
- Horisontal agitation axles with one chaff machine per airlock
- Material-pusher radio-controlled in 10 levels
- Air volume adjustment radio-controlled in 10 levels
- Total performance about 22 kW (scalable). Engine with 2 x 16 A / 400V or 32 A connection is possible
- Possible to use with power set
