SHREDDER M95

Overview

With the Häckselwerk higher-density fibre materials can be loosened better and loaded in the airlock better. The active principle is based on a passageway between two chaff spindles. From it a more even material flow is obtained and with that better blow-in results. The processing of the following materials is, for instance, clearly improved:

- Highly compacted cellulose fibre (more than 160 kg/cbm)

- Wood fibre, raw cellulose fibre

- Mineral insulation wools, such as fibreglass or mineral wool

- Hemp fibre

- Other fibres difficult to loosen.

The Häckselwerk is an auxiliary module which can be combined with the following machine types:

- Zellofant M95-230V-3,6kW
- Zellofant M95-400V-4,2kW
- Zellofant M95-400V-4,7kW

The Häckselwerk is attached between the base and top part of the machine of the Zellofant M95. The power supply is obtained from a separate 230 V~ mains supply. The machine is activated with a master-slave switch on the machine.

Assembly

The rigging of the Häckselwerk to a machine of the type Zellofant M95 is carried out in the following way:

1. Remove the crusher arm

2. Dismantle the hopper

3. Detach the rake unit

4. Put the Häckselwerk M95 on

5. Rig the rake unit
