Principle of dry injection

Dry injection

The insulation material is blown in completely boarded cavities through an injection hole at dense blowing (using injection hose, insulating needles, injection nozzles or rotary nozzles). In the first moment the cavity is filled from the bottom to the top with loose insulation material. The increasing filling level raises the over pressure in the cavity and the material becomes more densified. At the end of the process the space behind the injection hole is filled up. In the best case the element is completely and gap free filled. It has a consistent density of insulation material and has now a finished thermal insulation. The consistent allocation and density are of vital importance for the insulation qualities and settlement safety.
